![]() ![]() At the top of the window there is a 'Speaker' section. Click on 'Audio' in the left panel of the window that just opened up. Here's my solution: When you open the app, click on the '' tab at the top left and, then click on preferences. Any help regarding this matter would be awesome. I have a mac also, and had the same problem. I have seen drivers available for download on the website, but I wasn't sure if they would help my current problem. I would really like to be able to use my headphones on Zoom to have a clearer microphone sound and also remove the background noise of multiple participants in case I am in a meeting where I am not talking but others are so I do not disturb others in my shared office.
